We’re thrilled to announce that our project team has successfully obtained the amended planning permit for the upcoming 7-level serviced apartments development on St Kilda Road.

Melbournia Group’s latest hotel project,Paris Inspired, will be located in the vibrant heart of the City of Port Phillip. A New Short-Stay Destination in St Kilda. Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2025, with completion expected by mid-2027.

This thoughtfully designed development will feature: 48 serviced apartments comprising one- and two-bedroom units, a ground-level cafe, a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of Port Phillip Bay, a welcoming reception area, along with a gym, bike facilities, and car parking
