Congratulations to our business partner Sumitomo Forestry Australia on settlement of a residential development site at Waverley Road, Malvern East, Vic. The medium density development site with an existing permit of single level basement and three levels of apartments with 17 dwellings is acquired via Melbournia Group from a local investor, MG have facilitated the purchase on behalf of Sumitomo Forestry Australia in December 2021. The new acquisition is a pilot project for Sumitomo and marks their embark of apartment development in Australia.
